Adaptive Technology Student Survey - 2007/2008

Instructions to complete student survey

Thank you, for taking the time to complete our survey. We appreciate your participation. The survey should only take a few minutes.

You do not have to answer every question. Complete only those questions that you are comfortable answering. Some questions allow you to select multiple answers. Others will only allow one answer per question. Answer the text boxes as completely as you need.

At the end of the survey, there is an area for you to provide contact information. This is only needed if you want us to contact you.

I enjoy reading and read for fun as well as my textbooks.

I feel that I read as well as other students in my classes.
